They are crafted following the blacksmith process of molding and polishing called "bladed" process. This series of Sakai Takayuki knives are honed from soft stainless steel and Yasugi steel and are produced domestically.

Octagonal Handle: Ebony Wood with a Buffalo horn ring at both ends
Blade Type: Single edge blade (for right-handed users)
Comes with the wooden scheide (knife cover)

Use & Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
